These Terms govern your use of mainboardpro.com(the “Site”), operated by Mainboard Pro LLC (dba “Mainboard”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
What this site is
The Site is informational — it describes the services Mainboard offers. Any engagement (audit, build, or retainer) is governed by a separate Statement of Work and, where applicable, a Master Services Agreement. Nothing on the Site is itself a contract for services or a binding offer.
No guarantees
Information on the Site, including any examples, figures, or descriptions of outcomes, is for general information only and is not a promise of results. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms live in the applicable SOW.
Payments
Where the Site lets you purchase an audit, payment is handled by Stripe and is subject to the terms in the corresponding SOW (including its refund terms). Engagement fees and schedules are defined in the SOW, not on the Site.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, branding, and the Mainboard Method are owned by Mainboard. Ownership of work product we build for a client is governed by that client's SOW/MSA — typically, the client owns the deployed systems and Mainboard retains its underlying frameworks and methodology.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to break the law, infringe others' rights, scrape at scale, or interfere with its operation.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mainboard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability under any engagement is governed and capped by the applicable SOW/MSA.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above when we do. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
